Baroness Neville-Rolfe DBE CMG is a former Conservative Minister, business woman and senior civil servant. She serves on the House of Lords EU Committee. 

Lucy’s main career was at Tesco plc from 1997 and she served on the main Board from 2006-13 when she joined the House of Lords. 

From 2014-17 she served as a minister at BEIS, DCMS and HM Treasury. Digital was at the heart of her career as Minister for IP and for Data and when negotiating the Digital Single Market and the GDPR in Brussels.

She has and has had a number of non executives roles (ITV, Capita etc) and is married with 4 sons.
