I have worked for Shell for nearly 30 years.  It may not have been so long but for a spell as a Territory Manager.  After 12 months meeting our customers and retailers every day I was hooked and that passion for our customer-facing business has never left me.  My Shell journey has taken me to the far ends of our B2C and B2B marketing businesses, both in the UK and globally, including 5 years as the COO of the Shell branded fuel card business and Retail payments globally.  Nearly 3 years ago now, I took on the challenge of designing and executing Shell’s response to existing and forthcoming Data Privacy regulations, including GDPR.  Our aim is to ensure that that we do business better, respecting our customers and complying with the requirements of regulations worldwide.
