Nina is a Senior Director in FTI Consulting’s Information Governance Privacy and Security practice in EMEA. Nina is an experienced Information Lifecycle Governance strategy leader and expert in leading complex global regulatory, IT and business transformation programmes to deliver world-class information governance (IG) solutions. Nina’s experience includes formulating E2E programme strategies that align competing cross-functional agendas to achieve compliance and risk reduction objectives; rapidly assessing IG maturity and regulatory compliance to build robust policy frameworks and Target operating models; leveraging IT & IG subject matter expertise to define business architecture, support vendor selection and design software solutions; and leading by example to embed compliance cultures, enable collaboration and matrix manage large, disparate or virtual delivery teams.

Nina specialises in combining IG knowledge across legal, compliance, privacy and risk with technology transformation experience: aligning stakeholders and building global business transformation programmes which drive changes in culture and behaviour underpinned by effective technology and user adoption. She has led the development and implementation of policy, governance, and control frameworks, and assessment of compliance with regulatory requirements for data protection and records retention. She has also led the selection and implementation of global ECM and data analytics solutions.

Nina’s experience enables her to lead a broad range of data related programmes and effectively gain stakeholder and executive approval and drive long term business transformation.  Having worked on highly complex, global matters, Nina works with the IG team to solve real business problems and develop pragmatic solutions which help clients to drive forward their compliance and IG strategic objectives.
