Taavi Kotka is the Founder of digital transformation consultancy firm Proud Engineers. Previously, he worked as the CIO of the Estonian government, Special Adviser to the Vice-President of the European Commission, and CEO of one of the largest software development companies in the Baltic region. He is also active as an angel investor to innovative start-ups and has created HK Unicorn Squad, an organisation consisting of 80 clubs around Estonia to help spark girls’ interests in STEM subjects.
