2018 will be a landmark year for data protection and privacy

In an increasingly digital economy the issue of data protection and privacy is becoming ever more important.

On May 25th of this year the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) becomes enforceable and the accompanying ePrivacy Regulation (ePR) is currently working its way through the EU legislative process.

2018 will see the biggest change in data protection and privacy for two decades and will have a global impact on companies of all sizes; public sector and Government organisations, charities, professional bodies and associations.

The inaugural Data Protection World Forum (DPWF) will be held on November 20th & 21st 2018 at the ExCeL London and will be attended by a global audience of industry practitioners and senior executives.
